Huge Building Flooded By 1 Pipe Burst | SERVPRO® of Northeast Greenville County
We received the call early morning on 12/12/19 that a building had a sewer pipe burst in a men restroom and it had flooded only nine rooms and a hallway. When arriving within the hour of the call the crew soon realized this flood was much bigger than expected. The whole 10,000 square foot building was flooded with three inches of water. The building owners said this pipe could have been running for days. Our crew immediately checked to ensure that the water was off throughout the building and began setting up equipment. While doing this job we didn't have any issue. The building owners were impressed with how in control and fast we got the job done. They even took the time out to write a letter to our crew chief and operations manager to inform them how amazed they were with the work performed.
